The annual membership subscription is £20.00 of which £4.00 is paid as an affiliation fee to our national body, the Third Age Trust. Membership entitles you to attend Interest Groups and monthly General Meetings with Speakers. Also included is receipt of 5 editions of the national magazine Third Age Matters if you request this on the Membership Form.
Taster Sessions: you are welcome to attend a General Meeting or an Interest Group once before deciding to join Retford u3a. After this membership is essential.
Membership runs from April to March, new members joining from October onwards will only pay £10.00 for the remaining half year. Anyone joining in January, February or March will pay £20 and will have their membership extended to cover the following year.
Data Protection. Members details are kept on a secure management system administered by the Membership Secretary. All messages distributed by the Membership Secretary to members are sent BCC to ensure privacy. Interest Group Leaders will also have access to the details of members attending their individual group.
