We are a small friendly group with a maximum of 10 members. Our aim is to enjoy taking photographs whilst learning how to make better use of our camera's controls and improve our composition and 'seeing eye". .We choose a subject for each month covering a wide range of topics and usually include one technical session. You do not need to have a top of the range camera to produce good images. Members use a range of equipment from simple point and shoot through to top of the range and quite often phone photos are used. The monthly themes are available at the start of the annual session and members can take them at any time. At the monthly meetings images are brought along, in Jpeg format , on a memory stick and displayed on a 43 inch TV screen, for members to comment on, ask questions about or simply admire. We have access to projection facilities and to a range of photographic books. At the moment we have a full group, we will notify if a vacancy occurs.
